House Rules

  • Aquila Villa is a NON-SMOKING Villa.
  • Always keep the gate closed – goats and sheep love grass!!!
  • Please insert the card (the one in the keyring) in the energy-saving switch next to the entrance door to switch-on electricity.
  • To turn on the AC, keep windows and balcony doors closed; if you open windows and balcony doors, AC will turn off.
  • On your departure day, please leave the property by 11 a.m.; if you require a late check-out, please contact us at least 3 days before the check-out day to check if it is possible.
  • It is not allowed to change the setting or decoration of the villa (including furniture placement). Inside furnishings stay inside and outside furnishings stay outside.
  • Please inform us of any loss/damage caused to the property before your departure, so we have the time to replace/fix the missing/damaged object before the arrival of the next guests.

Pool Rules

  • Pool opening Times: 7 a.m – 7 p.m
  • Pool depth is 1.27m in shallow end and 1.57m in deep end.
  • Please shower before entering the pool.
  • No diving allowed anywhere in the pool.
  • No running around the pool.
  • No glass products to be taken into the pool area.
  • No food or drink should be consumed in the pool area.
  • Do not enter the pool if under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.
  • Do not enter the pool if suffering from a skin disease such as eczema, sore or inflamed eyes, nasal or ear discharge, diarrhoea, sickness or any communicable diseases or if wearing any kind of bandage, Band-aid or plaster.
  • Adult supervision is required at all times for children under the age of 15, for anyone suffering with epilepsy or any other incapacity or disability or for any non-swimmers in the pool area.
  • Beware - area around pool may be slippery when wet.
  • The pool must not be used by lone bathers.
  • Pool users are responsible for their own safety.
  • Any injury occurring in the pool or pool area must be reported immediately to the responsible for the operation of the swimming pool.
